Gora San Fermin!
Hi
Folks:
Since the release on May 5th of the album "Euskal Herria Jamaika
Clash", communication work has been vertiginous. Against winds
and tides, we keep advancing.
Interviews
Main part of interviews done are available on Internet and some of them
can also be listened to. The Radio
Chango website has made a following of all interviews and has progressively
published the websites addresses as interviews were put online.
My old friend Iturri, who is also from Irun, has put online on his blog
a selection of interviews and has translated some texts into Spanish:

Documentary
After the broadcasting done by Euskal Telebista, the Festival
In Edit of music documentaries, which will take place in Barcelona
from October 31st to November 5th, has confirmed that they will show
our documentary. The projection date will be communicated very soon.
Global Project
Our friends from Galicia keep selling Tee-shirts and sweat shirts of
Euskal Herria Jamaika Clash. For all of you who asked me again their

Videos
As I already told you in the previous communication, during the month
of May, some changes have been made on this website. More precisely,
the Videos section offers new things and also the new video clip of
"Azoka Eguna" with pictures from the recording in Jamaica.
Talka shop
Since the second week of May is open the Talka shop where you can find
the last album and also all my solo albums, Kortatu and Negu Gorriak
albums, the Ireki Ateak, albums with DUT and all the references edited
under the Kontrkalea label.
Kiti is responsible of this
new space and I send her from here all my support so as to succeed in
this challenge.
Fermin Muguruza has died
On May 24th has died Fermin, my Dad. I was in "Lo Máximo"
bar of Lavapiés finishing an interview with los Kikes when my
Mum phoned me to say that Aita (Daddy in Basque) has been hospitalized
due to a thrombosis. Evolution was lethal and he passed away after eight
days.

Farewell my most enthusiastic fan, unconditional admirer, farewell Aita,
you were bigger than Robert de Niro.
Jabier told me once that the first disappointment in life happens when
you realizes that you dad is not the strongest person on Earth, and
I answered him using irony as an antidote against disenchantment: yes
but our Dad is!
And now, in the centenary of Samuel Beckett birth, asserting the theatre
of the absurd, as Vladimir and Estragon waiting for Godot, I will wait
for your call on July 7th and your voice hugging me, animating me with
your energy, congratulating us and shouting: Gora San Fermin!
